About Yagyavalkya Sharma – CEO, Kalp Squad Group

Yagyavalkya Sharma is a Biotechnologist, Senior Scientist, and CEO of Kalp Squad Group (KSG), a parent organization that encompasses research, education, social development, and innovation-driven enterprises. He is also General Secretary of Kalp Vriksha Society, Training Co-ordinator at Kalp Laboratories, and UP Program Coordinator of The Bouquet Society, where he actively designs and leads community initiatives in healthcare, education, and social welfare. Academically, he earned his Master’s in Biotechnology from GLA University, Mathura, with advanced training in molecular biology techniques such as RT-PCR, DNA/RNA isolation, SDS-PAGE, and primer designing. He gained significant research experience in virology and plant pathology as a trainee at IARI, New Delhi, and later worked on the ICAR-funded VTCC project at the Central Institute for Research on Goats (CIRG), Mathura.

With over 35 national and international conferences organized, the successful design of BSL-2 laboratories in Mathura, and guidance of 50+ dissertations, he has built a strong academic and research footprint. He has published 30+ research papers, articles, and book chapters and actively promotes scientific training for students.
Workshops, Trainings & Seminars
• Organized and attended numerous workshops, trainings, and over 30 national/international conferences on biotechnology, microbiology, agriculture, environment, and multidisciplinary sciences.
• Key role as Organizing Secretary / Co-organizing Secretary in major conferences, including International Conferences on Multidisciplinary Research (2023), National Conferences on Applied Sciences (2022), Global Conferences on Agriculture & Biotechnology (2022, 2021), and multiple COVID-19–related webinars and symposiums.
• Attended specialized training programs under ICAR, Niche Area of Excellence (NAE) schemes, and advanced molecular biology workshops.
Beyond academia, he has two years of teaching experience as an Assistant Professor at Sanskriti University and three years as Managing Director of Zenith Academy, Vrindavan.
